Last Night I encountered House of Wolves Bug. If you have two elder ciphers in inventory and you complete them at the same time one reward is deleted, resulting in only recieving one elder cipher bounty reward. The elder cipher that is deleted is replaced with a exotic bounty from vanilla destiny, I picked the HoW exotic fusion and it replaced my second elder cipher with an incomplete pocket infinty exotic bounty.
