I will comment on this with one of my favorite cloaks ( hidden agendas ) description's : " tell a Titan only a madman would go, tell a warlock it's to complex. "

It's a cloak called hidden agendas. It's a rare cloak, that can drop from strikes.

you can also get it from decoherent engrams that decrypt into class items, though you might have to be a lower level on your hunter to get it, like under level 20
