Ignorance is bliss. There is nothing to report. Their parents decide if they can play or not. So go ahead and report if it makes you feel better but nothing will happen.

Totally! Also report them for child abuse. Maybe even report Bungie for making a game that could potentially be played by groups it was not intended for!
