Sadly, reporting them for playing the game will do nothing. While a game might be rated T or higher, if the parent allows them to play it, it's on the parent. Same as a rated PG-13 or higher movie. If the parent allows it, they can't say anything. *shrugs* I've blocked kids before so as not to have to deal with it. If it bothers you so much, then do the same.
