2 RepliesESRB ratings are guidelines, there's no reason a kid can't play destiny if his or her parents let them. A kid can buy an M-rated game with their parents permission, for that matter. Bungie certainly won't be banning any kids for playing, unless they're cheating, so you're doing pretty much nothing in the long run.
