I don't think people are upset that new players get all the content at a discounted price, because they've missed out on a year of the game. I think most people are angry that we vets are going to have to shell out extra money to get the emblems, shaders, etc that we could be given with the $40 DLC. Instead we are being forced to buy the $80 one or not have access to those extras.
