Because he's not really complaining he's being sarcastic. Trying to bait people into raging.
Honestly if so many kids weren't on COD it wouldn't have turned out so bad. I actually do report players on COD when they're underage and make obscene and uncalled for remarks (being racists, insulting or hateful towards other players) not that it does much but there's a chance that maybe it will. I don't report them all for being underage just the ones who want to swear, insult, be racists, be sexist, be hateful, etc. towards other players. Especially if they're people I'm friends with.
