Only time it's a disadvantage is when someone charges my back. I blink away to gain distance and turn around while airborne. It works but it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make for better ranged accuracy.

I use 2 sensitivity and have no trouble close range

Can't really turn on people well, that's the only downside.

You run blink on a range build? That seems kind of stupid don't you think?

No I use that too, it's good when you get caught off guard from behind, no matter the range

Maybe to you. It saves my ass more than I can count if I'm in over my head. It's a defensive tool for me, not an offensive one.
