story is, IMO, unnecessary. I mean, look at pokemon. it's got a bad story, but it's a very fun game. Open World I admit to not having a defense for. as for the loot, I'm not very familiar with Witcher so again, can't really argue. also, one last thing. Destiny is a sci-fi FPS, Witcher is a third person medieval RPG. several different core elements that make it pretty much impossible to say one is better than the other.
