Please put 'in my opinion' in the post.
I have both games, and while the story and the explorable area is better in Witcher 3, the fight mechanics are crap, and riding the mount is buggy. Not to mention there are countless other bugs throughout the game. Destiny, even when released had very few bugs.

Partly opinion. Destiny the game has no story...all the story is on the cards in the app Witcher 3 has story on the game Destiny isn't an open world because it has a small open chunk and ten a tumble to anther small chunk Witcher 3 is one massive giant chunk
