We don't really know what purpose the Wardens serve, but we know of two of them:
Warden Eternal
Warden Cordycept (Digital Exarch)

Wait, where was the other warden? In a book?

Cordycept was seen in The Sprint: Road to E3 as a boss in Warzone.

Is Eternal the main antagonist of the game then

We don't know yet. Some have suggested that the Wardens are tied to Gaurdians, and with such limited knowledge, I'm inclined to agree with them.
