Destiny has linear zones. You can go in many directions in a given space, and enter zones from almost any direction. Not so with destiny. By [i]your[/i] definition, Skyrim isn't open world. Congrats. You're pants on head retarded.

Not really. You can move between velen and Novigrad from nearly any point, and that's where a good portion of the game is; meanwhile you can't move to different sections of any given planet unless it's one of, maybe, 4 ways?
