It's very simple. As warriors we hunters find it embarrassing that a member of our fire team, someone we have to fight beside finds it appropriate to wear a dress and jewelry into battle (face palm). I did Crota with 5 warlocks one time and I swear he laughed at us and would not take us seriously.
