The title pretty much says it all. They said they would be furnishing a raid 'later this year.' I was under the impression it would be included as part of the House of Wolves expansion as they failed to add in the disclaimer 'as part of the next DLC.' Are we still getting a raid for HoW? Or are we made to 'throw money at our screens' at the glimpse of the next one? Here's the quote: [quote]House of Wolves will not have a Raid activity. We didn't make this decision lightly. But they go on to say they are 'creating a new Raid for a release later this year.' Now, nowhere do the say 'as part of the next DLC.' The implication is that it will be part of the HoW DLC, but not right away. They did advertise House of Wolves as having a raid when they sold the Expansion Pass. Perhaps I misunderstood.
