yes. it was absolutely terrible. the WB VP of PR no less responded to an open letter thread by calling PC gamers "whiny entitled bitches", the game had hidden spyware/drm from a fly-by-night company bundled called denuvo that wasn't mentioned in any part of the EULA or marketplace, the game wasn't getting more than 30 fps due to a cap.
editing the .ini to get 60 FPS results in crashes because of said spyware.
the game often never reached the 30FPS cap and crashes were frequent.
some people with high end rigs couldn't even launch the game without crashes
and the PC version was made by someone other than rocksteady.

Disgusting. It saddens me to see pc gamers getting the shaft with a lot of recent games.
