Gjallarhorn bug?
I've noticed that sometimes when a Gjallarhorn rocket detonates, WPR simply do not appear. I noticed it just after the last patch, or at least it happens more often since that [hotfix].
Has anyone else experienced this?

Cause of everyone complaining for a nerf they ninja nerfed it, in pve it has a 75% chance for WPR to activate, and in pvp it has a 60% chance. They also nerfed tracking on all launchers
