You have a point. Keep your kids away from it and leave everyone else to make their own decisions.

I'm not following?

"Property being desecrated: laser tag"????? That one made me laugh though.

It is your opinion and I can respect that. But just don't go so far as to report other kids who are below the age you feel appropriate like I saw some other poster saying he was doing. (Don't know if you do) Know that is your opinion and it is not widely shared... That's all. (I'm 31 and a parent of two, FYI)

Edited by Crott117: 6/26/2015 1:09:02 PMHe's saying feel free to prevent your own kids from playing. The rest of us will choose to parent as we see fit. Video games don't make kids violent (neither does music). But "naturally violent" kids are attracted to them. Any kid, or adult, that plays games and performs violent acts was going to perform those acts regardless. As they say correlation does not equal causation. Generally bad parenting is what makes kids actually violent.

Sure. If he's expressing an opinion and that is all, then I can respect that, but it sounded a bit pretentious and overprotective to me. Which in my experience is someone who wants to force their beliefs on others. Although I admit it's not universal. Which is why I kept my initial response brief.

Edited by Crott117: 6/26/2015 1:22:33 PMOh I was agreeing with you - not him. I apologize for explaining your point to him The way this forum software strings posts together makes it very confusing seeing who actually responded to what.
-
No worries. Yes you're right. It is confusing...
-
Parents make the decisions, buddy. If a 10 year old saw this, he wouldn't change his ways.
-
That's why they need to arrest children under the age
-
Arrest children under the age? Now I'm confused. Arrest them for what? Playing the game? Or just general crimes? Or for laser tag?
-
Or for laser tag?
Lmao
