CLARIFICATION: The Taken King
So, given that I am a "VIP" in Bungie's eyes, do I need pre-order TTK in order to get the VIP items? Or do I get them if I order after the release?
I really don't want to pre-order TTK because while it looks really good on paper, the DLCs were definitely a bust from a content perspective so I'm planning to wait until after release to see what the overall set of content looks like. But if I miss out on the VIP awards because I learned my lesson regarding pre-ordering, that will really grind my gears.
What are everyone's thoughts? I doubt Bungie will respond, but it would be good to get a dialog going regarding this. Thanks!

1 ReplyIt sounds like you can get the Vip items if you purchase before February. There is an ever growing pool of us who are going to wait and see what actually comes in the package before tossing $40 at the screen.

2 RepliesDo the VIP's get the exotic class items that the collector edition people get? All it says it that they get it and we "VIP" get the shader emblem and sparrow and more later on? So does that mean we do or what?
