If you were around when those perks were available ( most of the players ) and you didn't get any of them too bad not anyone's fualt if you came to the game afterwards that's no ones fualt but your own and should not be catered to people invested alot time in rerolling weapons to those perks spent hundreds of motes and grinded like hell for em your dam right I'll use them and abuse them it's a game I'll use whatever I want
