Whats fair is letting me use what i earned pre how because i shelled out the money and invested the time to get and upgrade these weapons. They didnt get the game pre how well theyre S.O.L. in my opinion, they have better options. Scouts now have full auto, autos can have focus fire, pulse rifles got the major buff and hand cannons can lower clip sizes to shell out major damage from lucky and final round. Sure snipers cant have final round and firefly but there are still great choices like surplus and double down. Shotguns cant have hammer forged but a lower clip size, longer range, shot package, and again, luck in the chamber or final round. Major dps with lower clip sizes. I got a Salvation State scout with luck in the chamber, max stability and lowered clip size. Its post HoW and i prefer it over my pre HoW Galeons Demise which now sits in the bank because my post HoW has full auto and firefly so... I think its quite fair play. Honestly. If you wanna wine cuz some pre HoW guns kill you. Re roll your gun. Make it better. Practice. And f**k them up. Its not that difficult. Im not going to NOT use my favorite guns juat cuz a few dont have them. I gwt wreaked with new shit a lot as much as i wreak with the new stuff. But i still have my Vanquisher VIII in the vault waiting for the auto rifle buff. And im going to be glad i kept it. Im not gonna stop using my pre HoW stuff cuz a few new comers cant obtain it. They want one, pray for a legendary engram to drop one. And even then they can re roll a perfect gun. They get more advantages then day one players like us. They got 32 with out working for it like we did when we fought atheon and crota over and over just for the helmet. They dont have to worry about that. And if they complain because pre HoW stuff is better, tough luck. They get a joy ride now. It isnt fair. But i dont care. I have my own acomplishments. And in the words Church "Thats the way life is, so you better get used to it nacey. Quit your bitchin'."

They are, infact, obtainable through engrams like they always have been. And even so, they were just fone before crucible and hell some of the new perks are better then the old. Couple the lower clip, high stability perk with luck in the chamber on a scout or hand cannon you get a bad beeting coming.
