Etheric Light... Why can't I have you?
Well I've had HoW since day one and I can't get any etheric light. I don't have hardly anyone to do endgame stuff with. Except one Nightfall Strike that resulted in NO etheric light. And I havn't been able to do the harder Prison of Elders because of no matchmaking. Only the lvl 32 arena once that doesn't give etheric light. AND IT WAS SO HARD! I missed the Iron Banner because I happened to go and visit family the week before and didn't know the Iron Banner was going to come up while I was gone. The Iron Banner was the ONLY reason I made it to lvl 32 with my hunter during Dark Below. Bungie please give us an easier way to get etheric light. Or something. Their has got to be an easier way. Please someone help me!!!!

You need to get to 34 and run 34 on all characters. Just run 28 32 buy armour from variks. No pain no gain.

If you're not willing to do the things that give the rewards you want...well the answers obvious. There are well established ways of making groups if you're not willing to use them that's your fault. Not to mention that if you don't do engame activities, you don't need etheric light.

Find ppl on the forum and make friends. What I did. I've got 16 etheric light just sitting in the vault. Nothing to use it on. I got most of mine from trials of osiris

Get a clan or use lfg... You really can't complain about lack of end game gear when you don't do any end game stuff... It isn't difficult to find a group for poe

Do 34 and get friends. Not only that buy some armor from Variks you dont need to ascend his stuff.

You are just bad. You should be 34 by now with the armor core that you get in lvl 32. Even with 31 you could have done it

2 RepliesIn less than the amount of time it took you to type this post, you could have found a fireteam for any activity you wanted to do in this game. I have no friends IRL that play this game and I haven't gotten a single EL from the nightfall either, yet I pretty much have everything I want ascended. I use the recruitment boards just like hundreds of thousands of other people. I have no sympathy. If you want it so bad, you know what you need to do.

I got 34 just off of Iron Banner and PoE32. One exotic armor, one armor from armor core, and then you ascend two pieces with the light from Iron Banner. After that other things (like trials or higher POE) becomes easier.
