For some reason after completing my elder cipher bounty for the prison of elders I was unable to turn my bounty in. The when I talk to him it shows up a blank bounty screen with a green bar at the top I deleted the bounty because I could not turn it in thinking I could get it again. That didn't happen and still can't get rid of the screen, and I was goin for the Dregs Promise exotic sidearm, I'm not sure if you can get the bounties multiple times or not I have gotten the bounties for my hunter and titan with no issue.
