i dont think you can get hammer forged on a pre How felwinter if you reroll it again

Pre-how weapons still roll the old perks.

HoW shotguns can't roll hammer forged, but if your felwinters is from TDB it can still roll it.

Yeh pretty sure you can reroll for old perks still if you havent upgraded it to 365 dmg yet

The dmg doesnt matter, if its pre-how then it,ll still roll the old perks.
