seriously!? i have a pre HoW felwinter and im dying to reroll it now shot package aggro ballistics hammer forged final round are you confirming this is possible since its still pre HoW?

Yeh pretty sure you can reroll for old perks still if you havent upgraded it to 365 dmg yet

The dmg doesnt matter, if its pre-how then it,ll still roll the old perks.
