Gay marriage is legal. Can gays stop acting special now?
Congratulations. Now stop acting special and act like everyone else. You don't see heterosexuals throwing parades over our sexuality.
Basically, you're like everyone else and don't deserve special recognition or rights.

You don't have to have religious nuts telling you you're going to burn in hell. You don't have people torturing you to try and "fix" you. You won't be beaten in the streets of Russia or China. You can get married everywhere, not just a select few countries. Family and friends won't disown you for being gay. So, sorry there is a parade for two days out of the year that you don't have to attend or pay any attention to at all.
