Agreed on the last part! F*ck. I literally had to grit my teeth for the Courtyard scene :L this game actually nailed me with jump-scares. Made the original Arkham City Jump-Scare look tame

The one on Scarecrow's Barge where you zoom in on Roach (I learned his name from one of the stories you can unlock) and after you've been zoomed in on him for a few seconds, he does this weird scream and dies.

There's an Easter Egg in Batman: Arkham City where there is a seemingly normal ship. If you land on the roof of said ship and use your Cryptographic Sequencer, you will be presented with a code cracking minigame (the password is [spoiler]CITYOF FEAR[/spoiler]). Completing said minigame will open a door on the boat, allowing you to go inside and find various bugs and an unconscious thug strewn about the area (it's heavily implied to belong to Jonathan Crane).
