how do you get queens armor?

You can't unless Bungie has Petra give them as rewards for completing bounties. I have the Queen's Guard Vest and mask from the first time the Queen/Petra came to the tower last year.

Yeah it works now. I checked on a different browser on my laptop. My Legacy goes back to Halo 2.
