Yes. That is precisely why I get pissed off with every decision made about it. Destiny has the potential to be one of the most amazing experiences in gaming............and it's all thrown away for the sake of leeching as much money as possible. Has the idea of a satisfied and loyal fanbase that's impressed and WANTS to spend money on the game really become such an alien concept to the modern industry?

Yes, everyone doesn't understand games are a business, people don't make them because it'll be cool, they know little Timmy's parents will buy him the latest game to shut him up and they will get rich.
