THATS MESSED UP!![/quote] No its not, it adds more value to certain weapons. If you were late to the game or dismantled a good weapon by mistake then thats your fault. Why should day one players be penalised because you werent here to take advantage of the weapons back then? Asking for this perk is like asking for level advantages to be disabled in IB. Snipers are meant to be ohk which is why ive never complained about them. I will never raid but i dont cry nerf when someone kills me with fatebringer/woc etc.
