So imagine this. Everyone is waiting in line at the lunch line during school. Then a whole bunch of students line up at the end, only showing up ay the last minute. The ones who were in line first went and got all their lunches and got all the good food. The nice old lunch ladies ran out of good food, so they brought out second hand food or leftovers. And all the kids at the back of the line started complaining and were telling the nice old lunch ladies that they should make the kids who got the good food throw it away because they were at the end and they didn't get the good food. While the kids who got the good food are enjoying and eating their delicious meals were just amiling and laughing at the lunch tables already.
These people who have guns better than you because they were here first and were actually able to get the chance to get the better guns have absolutely no reason to stop using them. And people who show up at a later time, see these guns, and complain about them have no right to say they should be banned.

Sounds to me that who ever is running this school has a big -blam!-ing problem if they are running out of food and some kids are forced to eat scraps, garbage, and leftovers, while paying the same price for lunch. Clearly they need to put someone in charge they knows what they're doing and can appropriately feed the entire school. There should be a way that that everybody has a chance to receive the same weapons whether it's through a rotating vendor inventory or even drop chances through engrams or crucible. Maybe implement a system where you can get vanilla and HoW weapon AND armor drops from level appropriate strikes?

For the sake of balance, I would have to disagree. Your real world example makes little sense. Point is, bungie doesn't have a clue what they're doing with this game and it shows.

If you want ANY sort if balanced crucible match then bungie should make a playlist of nothing but primary guns, with secondary spawning as if it were heavy ammo. No supers, no grenades, melee yes, but no class special melees. Bungie knows what they are doing, clearly as we have seen through the Halo games, but this is an MMO where the pvp should allow you to show off guns and gear that you worked hard to get. There will be no balancing through that, and the closest thing we get to fully balanced is ToO. Why? Because everyone is using the same guns. Like they said in the Incredibles. If everyone is super, no one is.

But I would support a barebones playlist.

I would too, I think that would be fun

I don't know which side of the debate your on?
