  • This sounds like a permission issue. It sounds like Your Account (an ID on the PSN) is not being permitted to use the content. This sounds like something permission related to PSN and/or your account settings. The obvious perhaps is since you are trying to use online games, do you have a PS Plus current account? Have you tried verifying your account status with PSN and Sony (two different things)? Here are some things you might try, to make sure your services and accounts are all in order... 1. Can you sign into PSN from a computer? https://secure.us.playstation.com/ 2. Can you sign into PSN Store from a computer? https://store.playstation.com/ 3. When you sign into your PSN account from a computer, do you see a 'green' check mark by your ID indicating all services are up and running? https://www.playstation.com/en-us/my/account/ 4. Do you have any download errors listed on your my account > downloads page under your PSN account? https://www.playstation.com/en-us/my/account/ 5. If you click on manage your account (from the above links), or navigate directly to the below link and sign in, does SONY accurately reflect your MEDIA purchased and do you have an active PSN Plus service? https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/login.action If all looks good, the next thing I would do is call customer service. Good luck, Tac
