Would this be for each weapon? Or for a select few? Kind of like very rare guns? So far, every single classic should have a huge variety of customization.

The world's your canvas dude. Thinking that all available perks should have a quest line that can be selected as soon as you get the frame, but I'm just spit balling here. What do we think about hidden perks like on exotics, anybody ring in on those yet?

No one really brought up anything about the perks on the exotics, yet. So far, it's only been about unlocking the exotic through serious questing, etc.
