Well, based on the game, not nearly as fast as Goku. He can fly, shoot ranged attack, deal massive damage at any distance, move extremely fast, and use Ki attacks that could possibly destroy a planet. He can literally become a perfected Super Saiyan and even a Super Saiyan God. I know we've battled and defeated god-like creatures, but so has he, and he's done it alone.

That means no more ghost can be born = no more guardians being born It's in the grimore cards
