Goku beat a God of destruction. A God who can destroy a planet in the flick of a finger. I think goku wins.

Goku didn't beat bills, he just let him have the "win". I'm about 99% sure he still had more than enough power to destroy the planet. Plus goku blacked out. In space. Bills carried him back. He should be grateful bills even bothered to look around for him seeing as to how they described him as being extremely impatient and bad tempered.
