Goku could easily wipe out the entire solar system without breaking a sweat. Remember the end of the cell saga? Cell was going to destroy the solar system with that blast of his, Gohan stopped him. Goku is now literally a god in the movies, many times more powerful than Gohan and Cell were. There is no contest here, Goku would absolutely wreck the Destiny universe.
