Well, we need to take into account that Atheon isn't holding back and neither is Goku so he can teleport Goku to the future and summon oracles oracles in the past to remove him from existence.
In regard to Goku blowing him away, he needs to charge his power whereas Atheon can open a timestream at will.
Atheon teleports Goku to future, he's stuck there since no one can open portals for him, oracles get summoned in the past.
Vex win.

Whose to say that instant transmission wouldn't be able to get Goku away before the oracles could do anything, or even out of the past portals or future ones? Also, Goku wouldn't have to charge a small enough blast to obliterate Atheon. Honestly, he could probably just fly forward and rip Atheon apart with his bare hands.

My knowledge of DBZ universe isn't the best but could be yeah. We can't really know how it could turn out because in real life, Atheon wouldn't wait, he would just teleport him immediately. Then again on the other side we have Crota and by the time it takes Goku to figure out how to kill him, Crota would spam his oversouls and try to kill him.

That's not how it works, oracles need to mark what they're going to negate. They can't mark something that isn't on the same time space as them. Which is why you get oracles where ever you're ported to. So oracles in the past can't negate someone in the future.

Well, technically since Goku alone is trapped in the future, and no one is there in present, then technically he gets Lost in the Dark Corners of Time and dies?
