Well, we need to take into account that Atheon isn't holding back and neither is Goku so he can teleport Goku to the future and summon oracles oracles in the past to remove him from existence. In regard to Goku blowing him away, he needs to charge his power whereas Atheon can open a timestream at will. Atheon teleports Goku to future, he's stuck there since no one can open portals for him, oracles get summoned in the past. Vex win.
