missing an option.
I have rarely found ANY ONE doing it. No one does it that posts on the forums that wants to do it. Since its only a 3 man its so easy to fill your fireteam. THose that ask only want Max Galley or TItan only.
I dont have a Gally so i can never join those elitest groups.
I have done it before since the patch and its so easy to pull off . Just a bit of a grind to get to him and burn him down. Sadly most people wont stick it out for what are considered rubbish rewards. if there was a better chance of any random exotic dropping it would be appealing for people do it more.

This is bungies fault. Everyone should have gally by now. I'm sorry some people have gotten 6 through drops while others have none. I do have one.
