Spirit Bomb is both Solar and Arc damage combined. Unbeatable. Frieza tried hitting Goku with his purple (void) blasts but couldn't cut through Goku's solar shield. Gjallarhorn would tickle him. We are level 34s and Vegeta saw that he was over lvl 9000! Though we could probably kick the crap out of Krillin!

But he never killed anyone with the spirit bomb, plus it takes time to form, he's vulnerable while charging it, he borrows energy to help make it (the earth is pretty desolate btw) and to top it off the one kill (sorta) was almost entirely made up of borrowed energy and a combined effort of him and vegeta against kid buu. Goku couldn't use the spirit bomb.

Nope. But Saiyans transform into giant apes...he would send up back to orbit via "baboon" error code!

Goku lost his tail when he was a kid. So you have two options either kid goku which is a fraction of the power he stands at now where he can go ape and no super saiyan or ssgss from resurrection f. Either way I don't see him beating the entirety of the destiny universe in either form.
