4th Horseman: How many times has it dropped for you?
It dropped for me right after TDB was released and I didn't think I would want it. So I dismantled it. I really regret that decision now! It's one of four exotics that I don't have. Please give me hope that it'll drop again for one of my characters.

3 times. Dismantled one for the shard to max out my first one. Third came last night in the 28 PoE.
