Where are these millions of gaurdians in the lore? How many celestial nighthawks and other exotics are in the lore too?

Still doesn't matter... Even if they do get caught by the arrows Goku can just use instant transmission with Vegeta and blow up the planet. Their Ki would be well above 200 (That's how much their Ki would have to be to blow up a planet according to Daedra). Goku alone had a 2000 Ki when he was SS2.
