I vote we spank whoever came up with fallen burn perks
Because really. Extra damage to shanks? On a [i]rocket launcher?[/i] Who in their right mind would look at a perk like this and think "hell yeah, this will be really useful"?
So yeah, spanking. I'm thinking a bit over the knee, maybe take it in turns.

edit: It will not be useful against that 'shank boss'.
It's a pitiful amount of damage with a large delay on trigger that will mean absolutely nothing in any fight. Also, not only is it useless, but it takes up a perk slot. So shush.

Problem is it is a main perk, vog and ce weapons had 2 main perks and the raid bonus, but poe guns have 1 main perk and one (most o the time) shitty burn, the only good thing is the bonus to all fallen and maybe the stun/suppres captain abilities

2 RepliesI dont' get it. VOG weapons do more oracle damge, very useful. Crota weapons do Hive major's extra damage, very useful. PoE weapons do extra Fallen damage, not at all useful. That's the equivalent of Crota weapon's doing extra damage to thralls. What were they thinking there?

If they had more fallen burn as a general and or vandal and captain burns . the weapons would be alright.
