Meh, he'd just wish the entire destiny universe away with a dragonball. If it doesn't exist, it can't do anything.

It's just goku, no dragon balls. Noone to lend him energy for his strongest attack that's never killed anyone or protect him while be attempts to make it. Goku would lose.
