One thing that makes Pvp biased and unbalanced is the Exotic weapons. The majority of them are overpowered and give players unfair advantages. How about Thorn with its health-eating effect? The Last Word, which can kill under five seconds at close range? Hawkmoon, with its lucky two-shot kills? Red Death, which heals the user after each kill? Bad Juju, which [i]reloads[/i] after each kill? The list goes on. I suggest a Crucible mode in which Exotics are banned and Legendaries can shine. Those who suffer at being a high level with no Exotics (hi) can fight with no problems of horrible Exotics against them.
