I had the same keep happening to me last night, normally I don't mind so much but it was dropping me into more losing games than fresh ones. I think they're having some connection issues with iron banner right now and a lot of people are getting disconnected and therefore the game is constantly trying to fill those open slots. I had one match where I was only there for a couple seconds and lost the match, literally didn't take one step and the match was over.
