Goku wins. Ik it takes different special things to take out Atheon, Crota, Skolas. Such as Atheon you need to go through the time gates to destroy the oracles to have a chance to seriously hurt Atheon. But Atheon never got hit my a damn Spirit Bomb before. And nova bomb isn't shit compared to spirit bomb. Ok crota can only be killed by his sword or whatever. But goku would need to know how to kill crota but I'm sure he would figure out just like the rest of the guardian's and for skolas. See Atheon.
