True no kill boundary but even on that note of ripping dimensions, there's no guarantee that the hole he rips will lead back to atheon, for all we know it could rip time and just place him in another time still on Venus or mars then IT back to where the vault should be and possibly repeat the same process indefinitely. Time travel fights go insanely deep in general but in this case your talking about a being that has time mapped out vs one who has no real idea where he is. He has all the power in his hands but no clear direction on where to shoot it. Plus if he tried to overpower the vault from the inside and destroy it he would cease to exist along with everything else in it. Chalks up to an extremely epic suicide in my book.
