Rooter (Warlock): AOE effect, turns nearby enemies into trees

Axion Bolt (as I imagined it before I unlocked it): a bolt of directed energy is fired from the warlock's hand in a short beam attack. That, or a precision teleport like Blink but more accurate. Maybe a Dishonored-style Blink system?
