This guy is definitely an extremely talented player and I doubt it matters which system he played. I've personally found their to be more bad players on PS4 than 360, but that's probably because MM matches me against people who are similar in skill (I played my brother's account on PS4 and he's got lower stats than me), there are less players on 360, and I'm not consistent in PvP so I'm not getting any better.

Matchmaking does not match people based on skill, at least not in Destiny. The only mode that has selective matchmaking is ToO and that is only based on connection quality. I would hardly call playing on your brother's account once, or even occasionally, evidence that the players on PS4 are worse. Even with my mediocre skills I dominate in some matches, but then there's other times where I'm up against a premade fireteam full of tryhards, or some MLG pro equivalent and I stand no chance.

I didn't mean to say PS4 players are worse. I was trying to say that their are more players on PS4 and I've noticed through my brother's gameplay and my gameplay on his account that their are a lot more 'bad' players on PS4. This is probably because the population on PS4 is larger than 360 which would make sense. Like I said before I doubt it would matter which system this guy played because he's an extremely talented player.

Fair enough, I played on Xbox One, not on 360 so I can't really argue for or against that, but to me there is absolutely no difference between playing on Xbox One or PS4. I would even argue that the best players are on next gen because someone that takes gaming that seriously is going to keep their hardware up to date.

I would stay up to date, but college books are expensive, hahahaha.

That's why you major in CS so everything you need is online lol But I feel you, my GE's always killed my wallet with $100 books that they'll buy back for $50 and sell again for $80...

The reason is because Xbox is always advertised with and stocked with competitive FPS. That's their thing.
-
Call of Duty and Halo (which is an Xbox exclusive) are the only two FPS games that I know to correlate themselves with competitive FPS solely on Xbox.
-
And what do you think when you think competitive FPS? Halo and CoD. And maybe Battlefield. That shit's fun.
-
To me, competitive gaming on PC will always take the cake. Battlefield 2 is my all time favorite game, I used to wreck face in Helicopters and Jets, 60+ K/D rounds regularly. As what I consider competitive FPS: Battlefield , Call of Duty, Counter Strike, Team Fortress, Unreal Tournament, etc. etc.

It also helps that a good chunk of the gaming community switched to PS4 after the failure the Xbone had at E3.
