I'm constantly low on them, but they're easy to find. It's only rarely that I need to grind and that generally doesn't take much time.
If I have lots of glimmer, I just buy green weapons and dismantle them.
Sure, I wish there were more, but it's not a big issue. I don't reroll like a lot of people, I guess.
